Food in-tolerances, sensitives and allergies are on the rise and I have to deal with them, also. I made it my goal to make desserts to accommodate as many of these as possible.

My products are always free from Wheat/ Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Nuts (except coconut, which is being removed from recipes slowly) and Dairy.
